Contact for orders containing cans for outside of Spain, orders without prior contacting will be canceled and refunded.

Please note that in some cases you may be subject to customs, import or brokerage duties when ordering from a country outside the EU. We do not deduct VAT for international orders.
Orders placed on working days before 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day.
The purchased products will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.
The usual delivery time usually ranges between 2 and 5 business days, from the completion of the order. The maximum delivery time is 10 days.
Shipments of stickers, clothing or customizable products have a delivery time of between 15 and 30 business days.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration at www.systemboys.net.
However, its delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
The customer must check the good condition of the package before the carrier, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that he could detect in the packaging. Within 24 hours of receipt, you must check that the purchased item does not have any damage or breakage, outside of that period this type of damage will not be addressed (only items under warranty).
An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt.
Return and cancellation policies
Returned goods:
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased on www.systemboys.net within 15 days from the date of receipt.
You will not have to provide any explanation, any item purchased at www.systemboys.net, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.
Within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the return, www. systemboys.net agrees to your refund.
Before making the return, you will have to notify the Customer Service department. Writing to shop@systemboys.net.
If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, www. systemboys.net will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the return costs.
Personalized products will not have a return option, since these have been made according to the client’s specifications.
Cancel order:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of merchandise, the client will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs for this same order.
