FEAR AND LOATHING IN SOUTH AFRICA

Writers TUGAN AND BASTARD present the following video, showing street and train actions in South Africa.

FEAR AND LOATHING IN SOUTH AFRICA is not a travel film. It’s a raw journey into a world where paradise landscapes collide with criminal hell. Johannesburg, Gaborone, Durban, and Cape Town — cities where the streets belong to gangs, and the police play by their own rules. Here, graffiti is not just art — it’s extreme graffiti missions and an open confrontation with power and crime. We painted walls and trains in some of the most dangerous graffiti spots in the World, where every sound could signal an ambush. Gangs don’t forgive mistakes, and outsiders are always under watch. The air reeks of paint, sweat, and gunpowder. Every move is a risk. Every tag is a bullet. South Africa is lands of contrast: oceans and mountains above, blood and survival beneath. This is urban graffiti culture at its rawest — illegal street art, train writing, and underground graffiti captured in real life.
