Street Photography | HENRY CHALFANT

ARTE CREATIVE is publishing a new series called STREET PHOTOGRAPHY, focused on different subcultures such as skateboarding, punk, rap and graffiti. Graffiti photographer and author of the book “Subway Art ‘, HENRY CHALFANT, takes part in the series with three episodes you can see below.
Henry Chalfant, sculptor, graduated on Stanford University in California, it is also a witness and historian of graffiti art. For several years, he photographed in New York, the first wild days and graffiti movement. His book Subway Art (1984) and the Style Wars (1982) documentary, moved for the first time this culture to all audiences.
