WDR has produced a three-part online series dealing with graffiti, street art, stickers, interventions and wall art. In all three parts, representative protagonists are presented such as 1Up Crew, Shark, Cat, C100/Layercake – Christian Hundertmark and Patrick Hartl, Cantwo… Artists who each tell their own story. Although they have their own personal style, their own motives and statements, they have one thing in common: they want to get involved, design the space, conquer empty spaces and counter the ubiquitous billboards and prohibition signs with “their thing”.
